An interviewer may also conduct a telephone interview with suitable applicants in advance.
Interview
In the interviews (possibly also via video meeting) you can find out whether Geniu is the right choice for you and we can find out whether you are a good fit for us. As a rule, 2-3 interviews are conducted.
Decision
We will make you an offer. You then have enough time to make your decision.

Strategy & Marketing Intern
Lots of new impressions and a great team!
During my internship at Geniu, I had the opportunity to work independently on a variety of projects. For example, I designed a comprehensive marketing plan. I also didn’t have to carry out any “typical” intern tasks such as making coffee or similar, but was seen as a fully-fledged team member and took on very challenging tasks. What I found great at Geniu was the working atmosphere. Everyone in the team talks to each other as equals and you can rely on mutual support. The location and facilities of the office are really great. In the middle of an inspiring city like Hamburg, right next to the Alster, it’s much easier to work and learn in a stimulating working atmosphere! Overall, I gained a lot of experience, acquired new knowledge, met nice people and simply had an exciting and enriching time at Geniu. I would definitely choose Geniu again!

Fresh and relaxed start-up...
As part of the practical phase of my media technology studies, I am currently completing a 15-week internship at Geniu. The fresh and relaxed start-up atmosphere as well as the lively communication between all employees lead to an extremely pleasant working atmosphere and a constant flow of new ideas. I personally appreciate working with everyone in the company. Everyone is incredibly friendly and teamwork is particularly important. Overall, the range of tasks is very broad and offers varied and attractive challenges where I can really learn a lot and expand my knowledge. I feel like an important part of the team and my work is generally held in high regard. This is not the only reason why I am very satisfied with the internship and never thought that I would be so positively surprised during my practical phase.
